Kerststollen is a traditional European Christmas “stollen”,  a delicate and buttery sweet bread loaded with fruits such as plump rum soaked raisins, currents and nuts filled with a tube of imported Dutch Almond Paste running through it from end to end. Each stollen is hand made and formed to look like snowy mountaintops with two rounded slopes (one always higher than the other) and sprinkled with powdered sugar to form the top of every holiday stollen.
